From the moment we arrived Kenita Spain exceeded our expectations providing outstanding customer service! She was committed to making our stay comfortable, provided attention to detail & very responsive to our needs. Check in & out was easy, rooms spacious/clean and breakfast was delicious! The facility really could use some updating. It was comfortable and clean, but it was definitely outdated and slightly worn down. The staff there was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Overall, the place was fine. I called front desk asking for extra soap, and nobody picked up. They were probably busy and that's fine. My main thing is that the bathroom always smelled musky, even when I didn't use it. Kitchen was great, that dishwasher came in clutch.
Dear Sir/Madam/Mx: I’m writing to share my compliments having stayed at the Residence Inn Boardman, Ohio. I originally stayed at the Fairfield across the street and decided to consider the Residence Inn. I walked over to view a room so I could decide based on this. Kenita was tending the front desk alone. After servicing the other guests waiting, she walked me to an available studio room. She also showed me a 1bedroom suite. It was nice to see another option of which I was previously unaware. Based on the viewing, learning the property offered crockpot oatmeal (rather than instant) and my positive experience with Kenita I decided to reserve a room. Unexpectedly, Kenita allowed me to check-in early since the room was available. Her courtesy in doing so made things much more convenient for me. I was in town visiting a family member who is quite ill, so Kenita’s courtesy allowed me to settle in my room and start my visit rather than having to pause my visit and return later to check in. Kenita was patient and meaningfully helpful with all my questions about this property and those nearby. As I overheard her working with other customers, I found her degree of care and consideration reflective of a refreshing degree of customer service orientation. I love Residence Inn’s bc they help me feel like I’m in an apt rather than a hotel room and they offer complimentary breakfast with substantive options. While the hallway/stairway carpet could be cleaner, I enjoyed my stay and Kenita’s quality of service made it even more positive and pleasant.
Nice 2 bedroom suite for a family of 5. Breakfast was good and varied both days. The boys swam and played basketball. We love having 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom suite. Located near shopping and restaurants.
